Sprint vs. Cingular

This is too funny to not write about. It's funny that they're actually bringing it up, and then trying to 1up eachother with various law branches. One wonders why we haven't seen court battles over the packaging of networking gear? I can't find it but I believe I saw an article about the "up to" numbers netoworking manufacturers stamp all over their boxes. A year or so I believe, anyone have a link?

Ahh, ExpressCards commeth. My only question is what laptop equipped with an ExpressCard slot would lack an ethernet port? I mean I can understand it might lack gigabit, but seriously now guys: what is your market here?
